At Chalet Châtelet we are just as passionate about food and wine as we are about the environment. Our delicious breakfast includes fruit juice, croissants, a variety of breads, homemade jams and granola, fresh fruit salad, local Abondance cheese, cold meats, fresh organic coffee and a range of teas, along with different specials such as homemade muffins and local treats.
DINING IS AN EVENT IN ITSELF...
On request, an imaginative, mouth-watering evening meal can be provided, including wine. We source the best local, organic and seasonal ingredients, as well as our own garden produce, and can easily adapt to any kind of dietary requirement or preference. The fine French wines, including organic and biodynamic, that accompany dinner and complement regional cheeses and delicacies, are carefully selected by personal investigation of the vineyards.
